Theres a lot I can say about depression, sometimes it may feel like all is lost. But there is hope, even though we may not see it in the moment. Today I tell my story, and how i've dealt with depression over the years. One thing I notice with dealing with depression is that we as individuals have to want to get better, sometimes with the help of others.
